Depot service - to Talco Business Systems
Customer can Ship the broken terminal, printer, etc., to our office for repair. The Cost to the customer is the part and a flat labor rate of $75.00/hr.
Shipping paid by Customer.
Time and Material Service
Service is available for non contract customers billable at TBS prevailing hourly rate plus the cost of the replacement part.

Software Support Contract with Talco Business Systems
Talco phone support help desk for questions and operational help.
Mon. - Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
Programming is quoted on a per case basis.
Time and Material Phone support is billable at 15 Minute increments at our prevailing rate. After Hours Phone support is also available Nights and weekends.
Emergency Services
After hours service and support is available 7 Days a week and 24 hours a day.
